Accessibility

We want as many people as possible to enjoy the movie experience without barriers. All of our theaters provide basic accessibility, and we are constantly working towards better accessibility.

Accessible Restrooms and Induction Loops

All of our theaters have accessible restrooms. The theaters are equipped with induction loops that support the use of hearing aids.

Assistants and Support Persons

An assistant or support person accompanying an EU Disability Cardholder can attend the screening for free. An assistant can also attend for free by presenting an official assistant card. Additionally, we accept the Blind Association's issued blind card.

Please note that the free ticket is only available at the box office when the card is presented on-site. The discount cannot be used in the online store.

Wheelchair Spaces in Theaters

We recommend booking a wheelchair space in advance, as the spaces are limited in each theater.

Kinolinna

The Kinolinna theaters 1 and 3 have wheelchair spaces. Please note that theater 2 is not accessible by wheelchair due to stairs.

Ritz

The Ritz Theater has 2 wheelchair spaces and accessible entry to the lobby.

Kino Saimaa

Kino Saimaa has wheelchair spaces. Welcome to enjoy movies without barriers.

Descriptive Subtitles

Descriptive subtitles are often available for domestic films, which enhance the movie experience for people with hearing impairments. You can confirm the availability of descriptive subtitles with the theater staff before the screening.
